Using the site

By browsing or buying from Silverline Atelier, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding contract to place an order, and you agree to provide accurate account and delivery details.

Products and pricing

We work to keep product details and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to continue or cancel.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received. Bank transfer is our primary payment method, with the account details shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you if we cannot fulfil it.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times vary by item and destination. Returns are handled as described on our Delivery & Returns page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Silverline Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products bought through it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site.
